1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TT-RPG ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Service Description

TT-RPG is an AI-powered battle map and token generator for tabletop role-playing games. The Service allows users to:

  • Generate AI-created battle maps using text prompts
  • Create and customize tokens for characters and NPCs
  • Store and manage generated content
  • Share content publicly (optional)

The Service uses Google Gemini AI for image generation. Generated content quality may vary and is not guaranteed.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with these terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits & Payments

Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate AI content:

  • 4K Credits: Used for high-resolution map generation
  • 1K Credits: Used for tokens, drafts, and other generations

Purchases

Credit packs can be purchased through Stripe. All prices are displayed in EUR (Euros).

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Purchased credits are non-refundable.

By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Credit Expiration

Purchased credits do not expire and remain available in your account until used.

5. Content Ownership

Your Generated Content

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI-generated content (maps, tokens, images) created through your use of the Service for private, non-commercial purposes only.

Commercial use is prohibited. All commercial rights to generated content are retained by TT-RPG. If you wish to use generated content for commercial purposes, please contact us to discuss licensing options.

Note: Per Google Gemini API terms, Google does not claim ownership of generated content, but may generate identical or similar content for other users.

License to TT-RPG

By using the Service, you grant TT-RPG a non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service. If you make content public, you grant us the right to display it to other users.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Generate content that violates third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
  • Resell API access or bulk-generate content for resale
  • Circumvent usage limits or credit requirements
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Quality or accuracy of AI-generated content
  • That generated content will meet your requirements
  • Permanent availability of stored content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TT-RPG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Generating prohibited content
  • Abuse of the Service or other users
  • Fraudulent activity

Upon termination, you may lose access to your account and any unused credits. Credits are not refundable upon account termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
