Foundry VTT Battle Maps
Generate, Light, and Drop Straight Into Foundry
Skip the asset hunt. Describe the scene and let AI build a top-down battle map, place walls, doors, and lights right in the editor, then export a Universal VTT (.uvtt) file that drops into Foundry VTT with dynamic lighting already wired up. Already have maps from Dungeondraft or DungeonFog? Import them and keep editing.
AI Maps in Seconds
Describe a tavern, dungeon, or forest clearing and get a grid-ready battle map you can refine by chatting — no drawing skills or asset packs needed.
Import What You Already Have
Drop in a .uvtt, .dd2vtt, or .df2vtt file from Dungeondraft, DungeonFog, and other tools — the image, walls, doors, lights, and grid all arrive fully editable.
Walls & Dynamic Lights Travel With It
Place walls, doors, and colored light sources once. They export as real line-of-sight and dynamic lighting data, so Foundry lights up the moment you import.
From Idea to Foundry in Three Steps
Add walls and lights in Play mode
Open the Walls and Lights layers in the play-mode toolbar. Snap walls and doors to the grid for line of sight, then drop torches or arcane glows and set each light's range and color.

Export for Foundry / VTT
Open Download in the map menu and choose the “Export for Foundry / VTT (.uvtt)” section. Make sure your grid is set — the export aligns everything to it.

Import the .uvtt into Foundry
Check the preview (walls in orange, doors in green, lights in yellow), download the .uvtt file, and import it into Foundry VTT with a UVTT importer — your map, walls, and lights arrive ready to play.
