Observatory of the Tides

A huge, round room whose floor consists of a gigantic, circular stone slab floating in deep water. In the center stands a massive troll statue holding a silver disc (the moon) up toward the sky. On the walls are symbols of the four moon phases (new, waxing, full, waning). Further up on the wall near the ceiling, a door is visible. (illuminated by gentle moonlight)
