Ruined City

Use the reference image as the center of the image. Complete the buildings that are cut off by the edge of the frame. The settlement should be situated on a hill. Scattered pine trees surround the old fortress complex. The fortress only has small remnants of walls left and low tower ruins at the corners. The fortress in the center should not be too large. I also want to use the surrounding environment for tactical gameplay.
