The Tower

A very old, dilapidated cylindrical stone tower stands in the corner of a ruined stone-walled courtyard, partially swallowed by encroaching swamp terrain under the gloomy shadows of heavy storm clouds. Swirling pools of dark murky water present environmental hazards throughout the muddy terrain. Large chunks of the upper tower have fallen into thick rubble around its base, blocking the original entrance and leaving an intact external spiral staircase reachable from the courtyard wall. The top-down view reveals the shattered roof beams of the circular attic, surrounded by destroyed furniture, moldy books, and an opening to a second internal staircase leading down into darkness.
