Create a detailed, legible, historical urban map of the city of Phisom, as if hand-drawn by a royal cartographer on parchment during a medieval era, complete with a wind rose, featuring each of the family circles in a different color tone and architectural style. The title should be: City of Phisom. The city must be organized in concentric circles around the Castle of the Seven Spires. In the absolute center, draw the castle as the largest architectural complex in the city, with inner walls, seven towers dedicated to the seven families, an eighth tower with a ghostly appearance placed at the back of the castle, and the public spring of the First River emerging from the castle. The towers must be arranged radially, not looking like seven separate castles, but rather a massive structure. The first circle of the city must contain the castle, the Garden of Roots, the Sanctuary of the Seven Flames, the Council Hall, the royal archives, courts, ceremonial houses, and small institutions linked to the Crown. Show the First River emerging near the central area in underground channels or a public spring, then flowing through stone channels that feed fountains, mills, gardens, and cisterns. Do not show water as an artificial circular lake; draw the river as a natural course integrated into the city. The second circle must house the properties of the seven families, functioning as noble residences, embassies, offices, warehouses, gardens, and political headquarters. Clearly identify: the Manor of Roots, a Bontur property with gardens, kitchens, stables, and barns; the Palace of Waters, a Merovan property next to a canal, with archives, a ceremonial dock, and small boats; the Hammer Courtyard, a Veyr complex of workshops, smithies, military quarters, and weapon depots; the Pavilion of the Seven Windows, a Caldris property with a library, observatory, and rare plant gardens; the House of Free Reins, an Odravan property with large stables, training tracks, messenger quarters, and map depots; the Manor of the First Light, an Aurivane property with golden stained glass, a chapel, an oath hall, and mediation chambers; and the House of Counterbalance, a former Arquen property, partially occupied, with an austere facade, monumental scale, and closed wings. The third circle must contain the commerce and labor districts: the Old Market, with narrow streets, tents, warehouses, fruit vendors, workshops, and the House of Low Keys hidden among merchant and investigator associations; the Theater District, with the House of a Thousand Echoes, a circular building for musicians, poets, actors, storytellers, and diplomats; the Courtyard of the Seven Weapons, a military training complex linked to the Veyr, with an arena, training walls, armories, and straw dummies; the Sanctuary of the Seven Flames, with seven lights before a common altar; and streets of artisans, dyers, scribes, glassmakers, blacksmiths, and carpenters. In the outer districts, depict a cosmopolitan and populous city with worker housing, inns, traveler stalls, communities of humans, elves, dwarves, half-drows, orcs, fey, and other fantasy peoples. Show outer walls, watchtowers, entrance gates, roads leading to the Golden Valley and family domains, as well as neighborhoods near the river banks. The city must feel large, alive, ancient, and densely inhabited, yet still surrounded by the rural landscape of the Golden Valley. Mark the class headquarters with specific icons and a legend. The House of a Thousand Echoes must appear in the Theater District; the Sanctuary of the Seven Flames, near the first circle; the Courtyard of the Seven Weapons, in the Veyr complex; the House of Low Keys, in the Old Market; the Observatory of Starlight Blood, in the Pavilion of the Seven Windows; and the other headquarters must appear as connecting symbols or external references on the roads leaving the city: the Camp of Serene Fury, the Circle of the Green Spring, the Monastery of the Silent Step, the Order of the Living Oath, the Long Trails Outpost, the Archive of the Veiled Pact, and the Academy of the Seven Formulas. Add radial roads leading out of the city toward the seven domains. The south road must lead to the Golden Valley and the Bastion of Roots; the west road, to the Merovan ports; the north road, to the Veyr Marches; the northwest road, to the Caldris Groves and the Veil Tower; the east road, to the Odravan Plains and the Horizon Gate; the southeast road, to the Light Hills and the Dawn Bulwark; and the south-southeast road, to the Lands of Balance and the Fortress of the Scale. The map must show that Phisom is a hub of circulation, not an isolated city. Insert small, narrative urban details: stone bridges over canals, public fountains, washhouses by the water, mills, vegetable gardens, bell towers, market squares, statues of ancient monarchs, banners of the seven families, carriages, stables, merchants in rows, guards at gates, small chapels, and guild houses. Each location must include symbols for: castle, family tower, noble property, class headquarters, temple, market, guild, fort, bridge, river port, mill, main road, secondary road, grove, garden, canal, wall, and point of historical interest, with the name placed over the location where the structure sits. Visual constraints of the city map: Do not draw neighborhoods as perfect, mathematical circles; the rings must be organic, formed by walls, canals, streets, and historical growth. Do not turn the Castle of the Seven Spires into an isolated castle outside the city. Do not add skyscrapers, modern streets, electrical grids, railroad tracks, modern vehicles, or satellite perspective. Preserve the feel of a multicultural fantasy medieval city, with a high level of detail and English labels.
