A gothic vampire marketplace district located directly to the WEST of the existing connected city map. The existing connected map is directly to the EAST, with the main street connection entering from the EASTERN edge. IMPORTANT: This is a SMALL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, not a monumental city area. The map should feel like one compact neighborhood of the city. Create a compact network of interconnected market streets, narrow alleys and small open market spaces. The streets should be the main structural element of the district. Include several SMALL AND MEDIUM market squares distributed throughout the neighborhood. Connect them with streets and alleys so the district feels varied and organic. Do not create one large central plaza. The largest market space should remain sufficiently open for Dungeons & Dragons combat, encounters, games and tournament challenges. Keep other streets and open areas usable for movement and encounters. Line the streets with coherent gothic buildings containing shops, taverns, workshops and merchant establishments. IMPORTANT: Keep the architecture simple, coherent and believable. Buildings should have clear walls, recognizable entrances, consistent proportions and distinct roofs. Avoid distorted, fused, deformed, floating or impossible buildings. Add market stalls, awnings, wooden counters, crates, barrels, hanging fabrics and merchant displays throughout the streets and smaller squares. Give the marketplace a distinctly vampiric identity with bottled blood, exotic meats, alchemical ingredients, dark herbs, jewelry, luxurious fabrics, weapons, armor and occult artifacts. The city is governed by TWO powerful vampire houses. Both must have a visible presence throughout the marketplace. The first house uses EMERALD GREEN and DARK GREEN in banners, awnings, fabrics and decorations. The second house uses RICH GOLD and DARK GOLD in banners, awnings, fabrics, metallic ornaments and architectural details. Both heraldic color schemes should appear naturally throughout the district. Add a few small decorative elements such as statues, fountains, covered stalls and hanging lanterns, but avoid monumental structures. The district should feel busy, prosperous, compact and practical. It should clearly contrast with the city's large ceremonial central square. IMPORTANT: The existing connected map is EAST of this district. This marketplace extends WEST from it, and the EASTERN edge must connect seamlessly to the existing map. IMPORTANT: Do NOT create a large ceremonial plaza, monumental civic square or large central building. IMPORTANT: Preserve open streets and playable spaces for Dungeons & Dragons combat, chases, games and encounters. IMPORTANT: ABSOLUTELY NO GRID, NO SQUARES, NO HEXES, NO TILES, NO CHECKERBOARD PATTERN AND NO GRID LINES OF ANY KIND. Use continuous, naturally textured stone paving. No characters, creatures or readable text labels.
