A grand monumental gothic city square at the heart of a vampire city, designed as the central meeting place and civic heart of the city. The existing vampire tournament arena is located DIRECTLY TO THE NORTH of this map. The plaza is located SOUTH of the arena. The northern edge of this map must connect seamlessly to the existing arena. Keep the same visual identity, architectural language, scale, lighting and overall aesthetic inherited from the connected arena. Dark gothic medieval architecture, elegant and imposing rather than ruined. Black and grey stone, gothic arches, carved gargoyles, pillars, pointed architectural details and ornate stonework. At the NORTHERN edge of the map, create a wide monumental ceremonial avenue that connects directly to the existing arena to the north. The avenue should continue naturally southward from the arena and open into the main city square. The transition between the arena and the plaza must feel like a continuous part of the same city, with matching stonework and architectural details. The main area should be a large open rectangular or slightly irregular gothic plaza, spacious enough for large gatherings and practical for Dungeons & Dragons roleplay and combat. Keep buildings around the perimeter and preserve a large open central area. At the center of the plaza, place a magnificent monumental gothic blood fountain made of dark black stone. The fountain should be elegant and ceremonial rather than grotesque, with dark crimson blood flowing subtly through its basins. Surround it with ornate stonework and tasteful decorative elements. The city's heraldic colors are emerald green and dark green. Use these colors prominently but tastefully in banners, flags, hanging fabrics, shields, carpets and decorative elements. Combine them with black and grey stone and muted metallic details. Add large gothic statues commemorating ancient vampire rulers and champions, elegant iron railings, gothic street lamps and braziers with subtle emerald-green flames. Include carefully maintained dark gardens, small trees and ornamental vegetation around parts of the square. Surround the plaza with elegant gothic buildings, arcades, balconies, shops, inns and civic structures. These buildings should remain primarily around the perimeter so that the central square stays open and functional. Include several major streets and avenues branching away from the plaza toward the other districts of the city, clearly establishing this location as the central crossroads of the city. The plaza should feel inhabited and important, but do not add any characters, creatures or text labels. It should communicate political importance, wealth, history and vampire aristocratic culture without becoming another noble palace or castle. This is a civic public space belonging to the entire city, not the private domain of either ruling vampire house. The architecture should feel wealthy, ancient and extremely well maintained, not abandoned or ruined. IMPORTANT: ABSOLUTELY NO GRID, NO SQUARES, NO HEXES, NO TILES, NO CHECKERBOARD PATTERN AND NO GRID LINES OF ANY KIND. The ground must have continuous, naturally textured stone paving with irregular natural variation. Do not draw measurement markings or artificial geometric floor patterns. IMPORTANT: The existing arena is NORTH of this plaza. Do not place the arena to the south. The northern edge of the plaza must be the side connected to the arena. Functional tabletop RPG battlemap. Clear streets, entrances, buildings, walls, elevation changes and cover. No characters, creatures or text labels. No perspective, no tilted camera.
