Torrens Hill

A once-strong bastion castle featuring six square outer towers connected by mottled stone bastions. Large sections of the outer walls have collapsed, and boulders have been recently arranged to form makeshift defensive positions guarding the inner area. The keep is built from newer-looking stone in a pentagonal shape, complete with round towers made from the same mottled stone as the bastions. Heavy foot traffic from unknown creatures marks the outer courtyard, and smoke and steam drift across the surroundings. Torn flags hang from bent shafts atop the inner towers, stained with a purple tinge. The moat is dry, littered with randomly placed spikes and debris, and the drawbridge is down. The entire complex sits atop a slight hill. Once capable of holding 3,000 people, the castle is now a sorry-looking ruin featuring poor, recent attempts to repurpose the wreckage into a base. The surrounding area is charred, devoid of grass, and filled only with dead trees.
