Sundial Room

A half-dome-shaped underground chamber with a perfectly smooth floor. At its center stands an intricate sundial that marks years, months, days, hours, minutes, and seconds. The curved dome-wall is filled with small openings, each holding a single candle; together they represent the stars of the night sky. Aside from the sundial on the floor and the star-candles in the walls, the room is completely empty. The atmosphere should feel silent, sacred, astronomical, illuminated only by the faint glow of the candles.
