Museum in Briar Green

Inside a converted Art Deco villa with fine wooden floorboards, illuminated by yellowish electric lamps at the twilight hour. A wide sandstone staircase with a brass railing and polished walnut handrails leads up to a colorful glass door. In the entrance area, to the left, there is a reception desk, coat racks, and display cases containing historical artifacts and paintings, while opposite, a staircase blocked off by a ceiling-high accordion gate leads to the second floor.
