The Barrow Mound Crypt Room

A large rectangular crypt room with no windows. This is a burial chamber deep inside a barrow mound. Walls are rough hewn stone, ancient. Lighting is atmospheric and warm, as if lit by torchlight. Imposing warrior statues line opposing walls the length of the room, 8 in total. Three large stone coffins are spaced evenly throughout the center of the room, the lid of one of the coffins is in pieces scattered on the ground, leaving that coffin open. The intact coffin lids are carved intricately with the visage of the knight entombed inside, laying down in full armor. stone doors on opposing sides of the room are the two exits to adjoining rooms.
