Courtyard/Tavern Front

Create a map of a town's central courtyard with a tavern front for a town that looks very similar to the town of "Innsmouth" based on the book "Shadow over Innsmouth" by H.P. Lovecraft. It should be raining, and only the tavern has its lights on. There should be a fountain in the centre of the courtyard with dark water. The tavern should have a sign with a black eel on it but no words. The streets are cobblestone. There is a horse and carriage parked next to the fountain. The buildings are medieval but also slightly Victorian era New England America.
