Arcane factory

First basement level of a secret arcane factory, lit by dim, flickering gas lamps. The worked brass floor, with a brushed, matte finish, is in good condition and perfectly clean, reflecting ornate brass control panels and a central, massive brass engine. 3x3 foot brass tubes with glowing blue light are arranged around the room.
