Church of Briar Green

A standard Ascendancy parish church in the neo-Gothic style with Art Deco elements. Constructed from gray granite with a gray-black slate roof. The nave features rows of wooden pews, with a dimly lit metal gas lantern attached to every third row. At the end of the aisle stands an ornate white alabaster altar. On the altar lies a red tablecloth/cloth bearing the symbol of the Ascendancy. On the wall behind the altar is an organ with black organ pipes, depicting the deeds and miracles of the Zealot Hazumi. Images on the walls: 1. The Feeding - Hazumi transforms spoiled food into edible fare. 2. The Purification - Hazumi purifies undrinkable water into fresh spring water. 3. Healing of the Boy - Hazumi heals the rotting/dying leg of a boy. 4. Awakening of the Herd - Hazumi revives a herd of cattle after a lightning strike. 5. Resurrection of the Daughter - Hazumi brings a girl back to life. The altar is made of alabaster. The pews are made of dark oak. At the end of the nave is a brown wooden hatch riddled with woodworms leading down to the crypt. The organ pipes are made of black metal.
