City Ghetto

A cyberpunk slum in the Ruhr area (Germany) after a collapse, rainy and smoggy atmosphere, rusted shipping containers stacked haphazardly, graffiti in German ("M-Tek = Mord-Tek", "Hier stirbt die Hoffnung"), flickering neon signs, improvised fires in oil barrels, desperate people in line for food rations, a white van with tinted windows, a generator spewing black smoke, puddles reflecting neon lights, cyberpunk dystopia, photorealistic, muted colors with pops of neon, 8k, cinematic lighting, inspired by Blade Runner and Snowpiercer.
