The Imperial City

From above, the Imperial City reveals itself as a monumental clockwork of white marble and gold, floating upon the sapphire-blue waters of Lake Rumare. At its exact center, the White-Gold Tower rises like a colossal needle piercing the clouds, serving as the axis for the empire's perfect geometry. Around it, the city divides into six radial districts, like the spokes of a divine wheel, encircled by an impassable outer wall. One can distinguish the mystical glimmer of the Arcane University, the frantic movement of the Market, and the imposing circular arena. While the center exudes power and order, the Waterfront stretches humbly towards the harbor, where tiny ships dot the docks. Stone bridges stretch like arms to the mainland, connecting this heart of stone to the rest of Cyrodiil. In the sunlight, the capital seems not merely a city, but an eternal symbol of civilization, pulsating, vast, and undisturbed amidst the vastness of the green lands that surround it.
